The LPAKA10X.Z case packing machine is designed for the automatic forming, filling, and closing of corrugated cases containing ZZ-fold paper towels. The machine is an integral part of an automated packaging line, ensuring high productivity, process repeatability, and excellent packaging quality.

The system automatically picks flat carton blanks, forms the cases, inserts properly grouped ZZ towel packs, and seals the cartons using hot-melt glue systems (e.g. Nordson) or adhesive tape.

The machine is built on a heavy-duty steel frame and incorporates components from leading manufacturers such as Mitsubishi (PLC control) and Festo (pneumatics), ensuring reliable operation and easy integration with existing production lines.
