Automatic packaging line with continuous and cross sealing. Designed for packaging products in film sealed on all four sides. The continuous sealing unit increases packaging efficiency, while the line features automatic product transporting via a linear conveyor. The packaging machine is equipped with a maintenance-free, thermostatically controlled heat-sealing bar. A sensor monitors the sealing process, and a safety brake ensures operator protection. The film roll is mounted in a motorized unwinding unit. The line achieves a efficiency of up to 60 packages per minute, depending on the product and film quality, and is compatible with a wide range of films.
